Search for an event, club or class that suits you. If the event is selling tickets with us, click Book Now, Select the date(s) and required tickets, complete the payment via our secure system. Receive the tickets via email. The venue/club will receive your booking at the same time.
We allow the customer to cancel the order and request a refund from the venue/club.
Please read the terms and conditions in the tickets when purchasing for time limits set by the venues/clubs.
The refund might take 5-7 working days to be processed from the venue.
The venues, clubs, attractions, classes… that agree to sell tickets with us will agree to honour the ActiviTicket reservations equally and they might decide to send a second verification directly.
We accept most Debit and Credit Cards including Amex for purchases via our Woocommerce or Stripe secure payment systems. We do not store your card details other than to process your purchase.
Club Managers
From your profile, the events and tickets can be edited, paused, deleted or copied.
Recurring tickets mean you only need to create them once
You will receive notifications when customers book tickets.
You will be able to see a list of customers and tickets sold from your Vendor profile.
We allow exporting lists of customers that have booked with you with paid memberships, see here.
From your Wallet in your Vendor Profile, you can see the balance when you sell tickets and you can request a refund which will be processed within 24 hours of request.
